This is the annual examination to renew your Certified Professional Collector Trainer certification. Through successful completion of this exam, the Collector Trainer demonstrates the professional knowledge required to be designated as a CPCT. CPCT Certification is valid for one year from the date of taking and passing the exam.

This is an optional annual examination to reconfirm the Certified Professional Collector Trainer can demonstrate the professional knowledge required for the CPCT designation. It is offered in addition to NDASA’s CPCT course, which carries a 5-year certification.

NOTE: The U.S. Department of Transportation, under 49 CFR Part 40, requires that Collector Trainers maintain current collector qualification and complete collector refresher training, including proficiency demonstrations every 5 years.

Course/exam enrollment expires six months from the date of purchase. However, you will retain access to your account in the learning system and all certificates of completion.
